There is a lot going on here, so I will likely add a link to a video with instructions on how to use this later. Same scoring as above, but power is equal. This assumes the goal is only power, and you're planning to sink all waste. Maybe you'll need to bring oil into your early iron parts, but at least you'll be more efficient with power use or objects built.
